Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the x777ph platform available at x777ph.cam, you ("the User," "the Player") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any supplemental rules or policies published on the x777ph platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and x777ph ("the Company," "we," "us," "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the x777ph platform. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on x777ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or under instructions from any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from x777ph or any affiliated gaming platform on grounds of fraud, collusion, underage gaming, or terms violations.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of x777ph or any of its affiliated software and content providers.

When registering your x777ph account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and any additional information required for identity verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, withholding of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on x777ph at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Verification (KYC)

x777ph is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and at such other times as the Company deems necessary. Verification requirements include but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS, or PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account screenshot showing registered mobile number).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period upon request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, where legally required, account closure with forfeiture of any promotional balances. The Company may request additional documentation and, where required by Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA), file reports with the AMLC. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x777ph platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate:

• Using the x777ph platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or related legislation.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x777ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, unauthorized account access caused by user negligence, or decisions made in reliance on platform content.

x777ph's aggregate maximum liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits x777ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Privacy and Data Protection

x777ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described therein.

x777ph will not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required for payment processing, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or as mandated by Philippine law including disclosures to PAGCOR and the AMLC.

Amendments to These Terms

x777ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the amendments take effect, except where changes are required urgently by regulatory mandate or applicable law.

Your continued use of the x777ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising from or relating to your use of x777ph shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within fourteen (14) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Disputes that remain unresolved after PAGCOR's process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
